The ATREQ Heavy Duty Hook & Swivel is a small but important piece of equipment that will prolong the life of your punch bag. It is made from cast steel and features a top and bottom snap lock fixing to adapt the hanging of our webbed strapped and chain hung punch bags.

The hook and swivel can also be linked to a second or third unit to extend or adjust the hanging height of your bag. With a max weight capacity of 75kg, this heavy duty hook and swivel is a must-have for any serious athlete.
