The Centurion Dominant Contact DC200 Shield is a technical shield for dynamic rucking and high ball simulation. It is constructed from heavy duty PVC covers with foam inners, designed to absorb maximum impact. The two legs and arms of the DC200 help to promote precision and simulate every possible outcome in the contact.
