How to Use:
The Centurion Junior Dual Gel Mouth Guard can be easily moulded at home using the following simple steps:
- Boil Water: Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Soften the Mouth Guard: Submerge the mouth guard in the boiling water for the time specified in the included instructions.
- Mould to Fit: Carefully remove the mouth guard from the water and allow it to cool slightly. Place it in your child’s mouth and have them bite down gently, pressing the guard against their teeth and gums to form a custom fit.
